Privacy Policy

Information you give us.

• Email address and business website URL, when you request a GAP Scan.
• Phone number (optional), if you choose to receive a text message when your scan is ready. See Section 5 for SMS terms.
• Payment information, if you purchase an Implementation Blueprint. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our systems.
• Intake responses, if you purchase a Blueprint and complete the intake questionnaire (information about your business, goals, and operations that you choose to share).
• Scheduling details, if you book a session with us.
• Communications, such as emails you send us.

Information we collect automatically.

• Usage and analytics data about how you interact with our site and reports (pages viewed, sections opened, general device and browser information), collected via analytics tools.

Information about scanned businesses.
The GAP Scan analyzes publicly available information about the business website you submit and related businesses in its market (for example, public websites, listings, and technology indicators). This information concerns businesses, is gathered from public sources, and is not collected from you.

• To run your GAP Scan and deliver your report at a unique link.
• To notify you when your report is ready, by email and, if you opted in, by SMS.
• To provide the Implementation Blueprint: processing payment, running the intake, scheduling and conducting your session, and delivering your materials.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our services, including generating reports with AI systems.
• To maintain our customer records and manage our relationship with you.
• To send service and, where permitted, marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Report generation uses third-party AI model providers to analyze the submitted website and market information and to produce report content. The inputs are primarily public business information and the details you submit (such as your URL). Intake responses for the Blueprint may also be processed by AI systems to prepare your session and materials.

We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the product, including:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (database hosting)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Kit (email communications)
• Twilio (SMS delivery, if you opt in)
• Attio (customer relationship management)
• PostHog (product analytics)
• AI model providers (report generation)
• Data enrichment and web analysis services used to gather public business information for scans

Advertising measurement. When we run advertising, we share a hashed version of your email address and phone number, and your IP address, with the advertising platforms we use (Meta and LinkedIn) to measure whether our ads work. Hashing means they receive a scrambled fingerprint rather than your address itself. We do not share the contents of your report with advertising platforms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. Each provider is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations regarding data handling.

If you provide your phone number, you are giving your express written consent to receive text messages from Six Week AI about your scan and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS stops all non-essential messages immediately. We record the time and text of your consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Transactional emails (such as your report-ready notice or a receipt) are sent as part of the service. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored across our systems.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and maintain business records. Reports remain available at their links so you can return to them. You may request deletion at any time (Section 9).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@6weekai.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion, and we will honor verified requests. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our services are currently offered to customers in the United States, and information is processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will provide notice by email or on the site.
