Terms of Service

GAP Scan. A free analysis of a business website you submit. We analyze publicly available information about that business and its market and generate a report, delivered at a unique link and by email. Scans typically complete within the hour but may take longer. You may optionally provide a phone number to be texted when the report is ready.

Implementation Blueprint. A paid engagement, currently priced at $999, consisting of an intake questionnaire, a scheduled working session with us, and a written plan based on your scan and intake. Details, scheduling, and deliverables are described at purchase.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

• Submit only a website you own, operate, or are authorized to have analyzed, and provide accurate contact information.
• Use the services only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the services, access other customers’ reports, or misuse any report link that is not yours.
• Keep your report link and any access tokens confidential; anyone with the link may be able to view the report unless token protection applies.

Reports and Blueprint materials are generated with the assistance of AI systems and are based on publicly available information and the details you provide, each of which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We work to make reports useful and honest, but:

• Reports are provided for general business information only. They are not legal, financial, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any finding, competitor description, market claim, or estimate (including any dollar figures, which are illustrative estimates).
• Statements about third-party businesses reflect public information at the time of the scan and are not assertions of fact verified by us.
• Business decisions you make based on a report or Blueprint are your own responsibility.

Blueprint payments are processed by Stripe at the time of purchase. Refund policy: the Blueprint is fully refundable. If the session and the Blueprint are not worth what you paid, tell us and we will refund it. No questions, no forms. Refund requests can be sent to hello@6weekai.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Sessions are booked through our scheduling flow. If you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation or email us. If you miss a session without notice, we will work with you in good faith to rebook it.

If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from Six Week AI as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We own the services, the site, and the software behind them. Upon delivery (and, for paid materials, upon payment), you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use your report and Blueprint materials for your internal business purposes. You may share your own report; you may not resell reports or offer the services to third parties as your own. Feedback you give us may be used without restriction.

The services rely on third-party providers (hosting, payments, communications, AI models, data sources). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may apply to their handling of data.

THE SERVICES AND ALL REPORTS AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY REPORT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKAI LABS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You will indemnify and hold harmless AKAI Labs LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including submitting a website you were not authorized to submit.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or misuse of the services. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, and 11) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date; material changes will be notified by email or on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
